About Us: The NECA & IBEW Labor Management Cooperation Committee is a partnership of the Southern Sierras Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Unions 440 and 477.
The Inland Empire Labor Management Cooperation Committe is the Founding Chapter Steward of the
USGBC Inland Empire Chapter.
The Frontier Project, a 14,000 square foot multi-use building, demonstrates how sustainable design can be economic, efficient, and inviting, by demonstrating innovations for Southern California living and working environments. The Frontier Project Foundation is proud to partner with the Labor Management Cooperation Committee to promote green jobs and offer training to help create the green future, through workshops, seminars, and other hands-on training opportunities.
